Kenneth LeVey
Co-Founder, President + Inventor
Ken is one of the fastener industry’s most prolific inventors and the 2026 recipient of the IFI Soaring Eagle Technology Award. Over nearly 30 years at ITW, Marmon Holdings, and Mule Technology, he has developed fasteners, thread rolling dies, and thread rolling equipment used across the construction, automotive, and industrial markets. Caitlin Boyle
Co-Founder & Vice President
Caitlin has spent her career at ITW and Marmon Holdings developing new industrial products and equipment through customer-driven design. She has conducted more than 300 voice-of-customer interviews around the world and used those insights to build products for a wide range of manufacturing industries. Before co-founding Mule Technology, she developed a real-time automatic inventory management system for fasteners.
Matthias Chenault
Head Engineer
After eight years in avionics with the U.S. Air Force, Matthias joined Ken and Caitlin at Marmon Holdings, where he designed, built, and programmed new technology for the fastener and construction industries. His work there included a rapid racking system for painting fastener heads and smart inventory sensors and shelving for fasteners. At Mule, he led the design and build of the cold forging die technology and programs the control systems for the FlexForm TR-ONE™ hand feed thread roller and the SwitchBack™ feeding system.
