FlexForm TR-ONE™
The FlexForm TR-ONE™ is a patent-pending thread roller designed from the ground up by Mule Technology™. Instead of the flywheel and eccentric drive found on traditional thread rollers, it uses a servo-driven linear slide, giving you precise control of every stroke, a safer machine for your operators, and the flexibility to run the die sizes you need on a single machine.
Safety designed in
Traditional thread rollers store energy in a flywheel and eccentric that keep moving whether or not an operator’s hands are near the dies. The FlexForm TR-ONE™ has no stored energy. The servo drive moves only when commanded and stops the moment it’s told to.
On the hand feed version, the slide comes to a complete stop while the operator loads each part. Rolling only begins when the operator activates the finger-safety sensors, so hands are clear before the dies ever move. The result is a hand feed machine your operators can run with confidence, and one that’s easier to train new people on.
Precision and repeatable setups
The FlexForm TR-ONE™’s zero-play servo slide pauses for part placement, then accelerates smoothly through the thread rolling stroke for consistent, accurate threads. Mule Rapid Setup Technology comes built in, so operators use Mule Keys and saved Recipes instead of shims and feel. Setups are faster, every job can be repeated exactly, and die life improves.
Built to your die range and production needs
Every FlexForm TR-ONE™ is configured for the parts you make. Choose the die size range you run, such as #0 to #20 or #0 to #30, and one machine can replace several single-purpose rollers, lowering your equipment investment and freeing up floor space.
The hand feed version is available now. Semi-automatic and fully automatic versions are available to order, and our engineering team can customize any FlexForm TR-ONE™ for your specific parts, materials, and production goals.
